I'll be honest. I have a disability that makes it difficult to plan ahead and stick to a schedule. That said, I try to go live AT LEAST 4 times a week! Weekends are my favorite! And I'm a night owl... My usual start times vary between 9pm and 11:30pm EST. And I'll go as long as we're entertained 😈
